Austin Sell started the Evans School Ph.D. program in Public Policy and Management in 2015. Prior to joining the program, he earned his Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Public Policy from the University of Oklahoma. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. Austin’s research interests include education policy.
