Fauntleroy Ferry Study

A study on how to improve ticketing and loading at the Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal in West Seattle.

The 2018 Washington State Legislature commissioned the Evans School to conduct an independent study on how to improve ticketing and loading at the Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal in West Seattle. Evans faculty Steven Page and Alison Cullen, along with four MPA students, identified technology, training, and communications, along with appropriate resources to support change, as key to making imrpovements. The report and recommendations includes specifics about the potential of  “Good to Go!” tolling technology and expanded mobile transactions, as well as public engagement and social media.
